Sportsmen at Beech Creek

Nestled in the foothills of NE Tennessee, this delightful 27 ft recreational vehicle offers a serene escape for guests. With 1 cozy bedroom featuring a queen bed, a bathroom with a shower, and additional living spaces including a bunk bed, futon, and sofa bed, this awesome rental provides a comfortable stay. Enjoy amenities like WiFi, heating, AC, BBQ Grill and Fire Pit during your visit. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Greeneville, Rogersville, Kingsport and our recreational vehicle has to offer.

We are set on 50 acres but do have other vacation property on our farm. This RV sits with 4 other RV units but is very secluded. A few things to note, we are very rural. The nearest services are 5 miles away. We live on a working farm like setting you will see us out and about at times working. We make sure to keep any loud working between the hours of 8am-8pm. Our water is sourced from a well. We have a whole system water filtration and softener but can still get some of the Sulphur smell at times. Last but not least, we live in the country, there are bugs, we try to spray regularly around the cabin and the RV sites, but you will see a lot of bugs in the summer. Some not so fun, but the fireflies will not disappoint.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please wash all dishes. Make sure all trash is in kitchen size bags and place in can at end of drive.
Please place all used towels in shower.
Please place all used blankets and bedding in queen bed, don’t remove any bedding from queen bed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

We allow dogs (no cats) for a $30 fee. We must know what kind of dog you are bringing.
If you use the awning, the switch is on the kitchen panel by the door. Please make sure to retract it when you are not on the property.
Please only use ONLY the toilet paper provided and let us know if you need more. DO NOT DISPOSE OF WIPES, TAMPOONS, TOWELS IN THE RV TOILET.
