Beaver Lake Studio - King size bed and lake view

Come escape at our peaceful Beaver Lake getaway. Enjoy a glass of wine or a beer while relaxing on the roof top private deck with a view of Beaver Lake or take advantage of the neighborhood private beach. This is the ultimate place to recharge your batteries after spending the day at Beaver lake. With a fully-equipped kitchen, it's perfect for a quick weekend getaway or a home-away-from home for work. Guests also have access to neighborhood beach and boat ramp.



The Space:

The studio consists of one large area that includes a King size bed, smart TV, a fully stocked kitchen, a dining table and a desk in case you have to work. The place is very roomy especially when you spread out to the rooftop deck to enjoy a view of the lake.



An inflatable mattress can be made available with prior arrangements.



Includes access to the neighbor beach and boat ramp.



Small/Medium size pets (under 40lbs) are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $280 fee/deposit per pet. (2 pets max, no cats). This fee includes a refundable $150 pet deposit.



Guest Access:

The place is located next to a 3 bedroom house that is a separate Airbnb. It has its own private entrance and is above the detached garage



Guests also have access to neighborhood beach and boat ramp.



The Neighborhood:

Located in a dead end street with very little traffic right next to Beaver Lake. Very quiet neighborhood. Includes a private neighborhood beach and boat ramp.



Other Things to Note:

- Smoking - No smoking allowed.



- Pets - Small/Medium size pets (under 40lbs) are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $280 fee/deposit per pet. (2 pets max, no cats). This fee includes a refundable $150 pet deposit.



- Events - No events, parties, or large gatherings.



- Extra Guests - This listing is for 2 guests. Two extra guests up to 4 people are welcome for $25 per night per person. Please note the bedding arrangements. (No unregistered guests allowed. That means only the number of guests on your reservation are allowed.)



- Minimum Age - Must be at least 22 years old to book



- Identification - Photo ID may be required upon check-in



- Security - Your safety matters. This property features external security cameras around the house at the front door and above the garage. They do not look into any interior spaces



- Long Term Stays - We welcome long-term stays! Please note that for stays longer than 28 nights, a security deposit and additional cleaning fees will apply to ensure the home remains in top condition for the duration of your visit. Biweekly cleanings are mandatory.



- Deposits - We may also require a deposit for certain other bookings. If you are booking on behalf of a “crew” or “company,” please let us know in advance and confirm if you will be staying at the property yourself.



- Rental Agreement - All bookings require a signature on our standard Rental Agreement, which outlines specific house rules and liability policies. We are happy to provide a copy of this agreement in advance upon request for your review prior to booking.
