If you're from out of town, you'd be better off somewhere else. There's nothing around here if you want to grab water or a beer. The food options are super limited, and the beach isn't private like they said. Plus, they don't even give you beach towels. This spot is really more for locals who know the drill. We had to leave 5 days early because of the limited options.

Very bright and a welcoming look when you come in. Beautiful view of the forest and if the sea. The desk staff Antonio and others very pleasant and willing to help..management seems does not listen to them..we did not like our room, it took 3 days before management listened and changed us. The kitchen/meals leave a lot to be desired. Needs to improve if they want guests to return..als I found out aftet receiving the invoice that we paid for mezza pensione..that means sbreakfast plus one meal a day .Expedia did not tell us , just said breakfast included. nor did the hotel.. every day we had to figure out where to go eat and only ate at the hotel twice as were under the impression we had to pay extra for meals anyways..for this I hold expedia responsible as well as the hotel. Also this is a beautul structure but hidden from the main road. The GPS cannot find it..we spend a long time trying to find it when we arrived and had to ask local people for help.

The resort itself was clean but the room layout was not family friendly for a family of 4. We stayed in the Royal Suite and not sure if they misrepresented it or I did not catch the fine print but we thought we were getting a two bedroom suite with a common living space. It was not it was a sofa sleeper in a narrow room and the common sitting was in the main bedroom. The view was beautiful. The dinner was not good, the serving sizes were small even by European standard and we never even received one course nor the deserts we ordered. Loved the shuttle service to the beach and the activities they did while at the beach. The pool was crystal clear and the life guard/pool guy was so helpful and friendly to us Americans. Given the language barrier we would definitely stay there again just know you want to go out for dinner and I would recommend paying for the breakfast it was very good.

Parto dalla reception con la capo ricevimento Luana e la sua equipe, attenta e gentile fin da subito soddisfando le richieste.Camera nuova, pulita,come da foto e climatizzazione perfetta e facile da utilizzare.Tutta l'equipe delle pulizie sempre gentili e hanno svolto ogni giorno un lavoro eccellente.Quelle sere che abbiamo prenotato la cena alla carta abbiamo avuto l'onore di venire viziati dal vicedirettore Antonio,che nonostante il livello è una persona squisita,alla mano e preciso nel servizio sia di ristorazione che di gestione dell'hotel.Un'atmosfera meravigliosamente silenziosa e rilassante con tempi delle portate perfetti, zero ritardi.In ugual modo le due cene a buffet/prezzo fisso che abbiamo provato.Spostandomi alla spiaggia ho avuto il piacere di conoscere l'autista del bus navetta Valerio, anche lui sempre perfetto, puntuale e gentile.Nei pomeriggi in piscina trovavamo il bagnino Giuseppe sempre attento a tutti noi,addirittura faceva delle cose ancora prima che un ospite gliele chiedesse.Come gran finale e assolutamente non per meno importanza siamo rimasti esterefatti, entusiasti e soddisfatti del grandissimo lavoro e impegno svolto dall'animazione di Fernando e Giulia.Ogni giorno con i sorrisi bellissimi,sempre presenti per tutti illustrando il programma ma mai invadenti o insistenti.Qui si vede la grande professionalità e passione. Giulia ballerina, fitness, acqua gym, cabarettista,Fernando super DJ, VJ, cabarettista,comico e fachiro.Perfetti.Hotel consigliato

Si tratta di una struttura in ristrutturazione, aperta recentemente che promette bene. Le camere sono nuove e ben arredate. Sono rimasta colpita dalla cordialità e disponibilità del personale, dalla reception, al bar, al piano. Tutti gentilissimi e sopratutto una grande cura per la pulizia. Confermo che il tramonto dalla piscina è stupendo

Hotel med skøn udsigt

Hotellet er meget fint men personalet er meget uprofessionelt. Der er langt til restauranter derfra og restauranten på hotellet er kedeligt og der mangler musik så tavsheden brydes. Morgenmaden er fantastisk. Parkering er super og privat, meget vigtigt i Italien med privat parkering pga de stjæler biler som aldrig før.

This is a new hotel only open a short time. Excellent location lovely views but unfortunately the waiting staff in the restaurant let the standard down. Definitely need to learn how to operate as a team. Meal was very disappointing.

Das Hotel ist grundsätzlich sehr schön und modern eingerichtet, super bequeme Betten, toller Pool usw. Hier muss aber an vielen Stellen noch viel „geübt“ werden. Das meiste Personal sprach leider kein Englisch, abends im Restaurant waren inkl uns ein weiterer Tisch belegt, dann kam noch wir vermuten die Familie des Managers hinzu. Dieser war sehr nett sprach hervorragendes Englisch und hat wohl mit seiner Familie im Hotel „Urlaub“ gemacht. Wir wartet im Restaurant knapp 2 std auf unser Hauptgericht, was bei insgesamt 10 Gästen bei so einem Riesen Hotel unpassend ist. Generell waren wir gefühlt mit der Manager Familie und 2-3 weiteren die einzigen Gäste in diesem riesigen Hotel. Schade, hier wäre so viel möglich. Der Shuttleservice zum Strand ist zudem noch lobend zu erwähnen, das ist super praktisch und der Strand inkl. Liegen und schirme wirklich schön.

The resort is unfortunately not completed after a major renovation. Lift not operational and no toilets available in the restaurant or by the pool which was very inconvenient as we had to go up two flights (42) steps to use the toilet in our room! Food was delicious and they really tried to make our stay great and the swimming pool is fantastic! Still a way to go, but when finished and fully operational next year, it will be an amazing place to stay and enjoy the facilities!
