Look elsewhere! You can find better
The house was great. Plenty of room for everyone and spacious. Great views of the ocean from the deck. The pool access was almost 30 minutes away which was a little misleading in property description. We were supposed to check in at 5 but got delayed until 6:00 pm. The hot tub isn’t included unless you pay an extra fee which is ridiculous! Only 2 bath towels in each bathroom, so you will have to wash during your stay. Kitchen was great for cooking but did not have essentials needed. No pot holders or containers with lids to store leftovers. I received an email the day before we were due to check out, somewhat encouraging you to leave early since they required extra time to get the rental ready for the next guests. We paid almost 4,000 for the week so we are staying the full time. No perks either if you chose to. You may want to allow an extra day in between bookings if it takes that much time to get it ready for your next guests! Cleaners left their cash app and Venmo on the counter encouraging tips. No thanks. We had to buy batteries for the remote controls in order to watch the TV’s! We also had neighbors of the nearby houses complaining about the spotlight out front and they came over and asked us to turn it off. Would never rent anything from Vacasa management. Keep looking. You can find much better elsewhere!
