「The house, kitchen, bedrooms and grounds were in excellent condition. We had my son,his wife and 4 grandchildren. It was really great that we could have the kids downstairs. There is nothing that needed improvement. We will be going back next year. PS the hosts are wonderful to rent from!」

「Beautiful view! Home was clean and well decorated. The hot water was not working, but was resolved quickly. Very nice maintenance guy gave us tips on places to eat and things to see. There is one bathroom off the kitchen with rainwater shower head.Bedrooms are up a flight of very steep stairs with low overhead. I am 5’3” and hit my head numerous times. I would not advise elderly or disabled people trying to get up and down the stairs. Master bed is SO comfortable! As it’s an A frame with a king...

「First time in the Ozarks, so cannot compare to other hotels. But I can say the majority of reviews I read on other hotels mentioned less than ideal cleaning standards. Schmidt’s Creek was SPOTLESS, the staff was extremely friendly and the to go breakfast was exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend.」
