This place was the PERFECT location for what we needed- we walked to the arena, then later to Comerica park and Ford field, to take tourist-y photos. "The only issue my cousin and I ran into was initially getting into the apartment. I called the host twice and didn’t get an answer, but they were quick to respond to my messages, which helped us get inside. Once we were in, the space was very roomy. The A/C didn’t work the best, but it was manageable for our stay. Other than that, the place was very clean, quiet, and peaceful."

"Overall a good stay, hotel was decent, staff were especially nice and helpful. I appreciated the security in the parking lot. The ladies at the front desk were always smiling, helpful and nice. The cleaners and maintenance were nice as well. But the gold star goes to Rich, He took care of myself and my pregnant wife. Gave us lots of local information and helped us learn a lot about Detroit. He is the reason why I'll be coming back to the comfort for next year's festival. Would be nice if the elevator worked or the stairs were clean."
