"Let me start my saying that Anita at the front desk was absolutely wonderful and helpful! She deserves a raise! We needed a DEKRA sticker before we drove to Germany and she went above and beyond trying to help us. She spoke to the rental car company, who didn’t even provide a registration for the car, plus I paid extra for cross border driving and the car didn’t have the sticker, Anita got things in motion so I could get this done. FYI If your car doesn’t have this sticker for Germany or other countries requiring it you can get a hefty fine in each city that is a low emission zone. FYI, There is a DEKRA office near the port in Antwerp. The hotel was in a great location! Clean, comfortable room. Very walkable city. Would stay here again. Parking for the hotel is about a 2 min walk and easy to find. They said they are working on an underground one on site. Thanks again, Anita for your wonderful hospitality!!!"

"We booked a jr suite with a terrace. Beautiful view of the train station and plaza. Comfortable room and bed. Very spacious. All amenities such as the pool, spa and breakfast and checkin were across the street at Radisson Blu. A little inconvenient but worth it for the price. We will definitely stay here again!"
