The layout is a classic townhouse style (the
bedrooms are upstairs and the living /dining and kitchen downstairs).

The living area is open plan, bright, spacious and breezy with a full bathroom (walk in shower) a fully-equipped kitchen, smart tv, ceiling fans, AC and a private patio with ceiling fan. There is also a dining table overlooking the golf course as well as a barbecue.

Upstairs, the primary and second bedroom share a jack-and-jill style / dual en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Both bedrooms are equipped with AC and ceiling fans, the primary bedroom has a patio with seating and table which looks onto the golf course. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has two single beds which can be pushed together to make a king bed.

On this floor you will also find a washing machine and dryer neatly situated in the linen cupboard, a safe, extra linens, pillows and towels.

The apartment is equipped with beach essentials ( cooler, beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrellas).

The pool (one for each cluster) is a short walk from the apartment and has a lovely deck for lounging with tables, chairs, umbrellas and loungers.
