    "Positives first - comfy bed - central location BUT unfortunately the downsides of this property far outweighed these. Negatives: - the flat was not clean, particularly the carpets - 24/7 building noise most days made the balcony unusable most of the time. (it’s in Oaks River City and overlooked the huge building site for the new Albert Street station) - the flat smelt awful (from the carpets and lingering damp) - the general foyer smelt awful (probably from the bin chute) - the agent..."

"Very hepfull staff, i was offered a nice appartment at floor 79, which has amazing views. Very comfortable bed! Parking is quite easy, with direct elevatir access, but a little expensive at 45$/day.The only thing that could be improved is the shower pressure, and the room is a little bit dusty."
