There are plenty of dining options available, as long as one is not specifically looking for Michelin-starred or formal dining. Regarding the presence of homeless individuals, i find them respectful of your personal space, they don't bother people around and do not cause any disruption. Just always be aware..."

"Only having street parking is an issue as neighbours also rely on street. Building is well kept, really like the location and neighbourhood as well. Our charming room was the smallest and we saw larger would have been available at same price. Lots of stairs, not a problem if your knees are good!"
