Wouldn’t stay again here, room very musty smell and no wifi available . After reporting it to reception was told she would contact manager but this was not resolved with the wifi problem which was frustrating. Overall cost wasn’t worth what you got , very standard room and disappointing for what is listed on your website.

The room was grotty - carpets, chairs and blanket dirty. The lights flickered, as did the smoke alarm with repeated consistency throughout the night-it was like a horror movie. Sleep impossible. To top it off other guests arrived back at the facility loudly shouting at 1230am. The room was old and quite frankly wonky - tiles uneven, exposed pipes, cleared glued handles on drawers and very dirty. Do not stay here - a waste of money. You won’t get clean or any rest. Go elsewhere.

The room I was given in this hotel had many cockroaches in it. I ultimately counted 4 adult cockroaches which I had sprayed dead, and multiple baby ones attached to the shower curtain.

Extremely disappointing and uncomfortable stay. Every single day I found cockroaches in my room. One day, after coming back from work, I opened the door and discovered dozens of dead and dying cockroaches all over the floor and even on my belongings — absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. To make things worse, the manager (or owner) is extremely rude and clearly not fit to manage a hospitality business. He has no respect for guests’ privacy and keeps shouting in the hallways, creating an unpleasant and stressful environment. The hotel urgently needs proper pest control, professional management, and basic respect for guests. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this place until these serious issues are resolved.
