Ocean front home with private path to Nedonna Beach
You’ll enter the home on the lower level where you will find 2 bedrooms(king & queen) a full bathroom, laundry room with washer & dryer and a large family room(queen sleeper sofa). The family room has plenty of room for relaxing and watching a movie or playing games. As you go up stairs you will be awestruck with the amazing view of the ocean out of the extra large wall of windows and sliding glass door, that opens to the deck and hot tub. It’s an open and spacious living, dinning and kitchen area. There are swivel recliners in the living room so you can choose your view, look north to the Nehalem bay jetty or south to twin rocks. Also in the living room is a large section sofa and electric fireplace. The large dinning table seats 8 comfortably and another 4 at the oversized kitchen island. The incredible kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything you could need to make your family meals including walk in pantry/coffee bar area. The kitchen window fully opens to the bar counter on the covered deck with a bbq and patio fire table that seats 6. Also upstairs is a half bath and 2 Master suits - The ocean front master bedroom has a king bed, TV, Blackout blinds/curtains, en suit bathroom w/ large soaking tub, tile shower double sink vanity, separate toilet closet. The mountain View master has a king bed, TV, walk in closet, en suit bathroom with tile shower.
When on the beach a must see at low tide is all the sea life on the jetty, star fish, sea anemones and little crabs are sure to make everyone smile. There are sand toys at the house for the castle builders.
Rockaway Beach is a short 3 mile drive south with restaurants, gift shops, coffee house and ice cream shops. Or Garibaldi is a bit father south with the Garibaldi Marina, there you can get fresh local seafood or go out charter fishing and catch your own fresh seafood. North of the house is Wheeler with a great antique shopping, Nehalem with amazing river side fish n chips! And Manzanita.
