Gorgeous location right on the beach with panoramic views and direct access to the ocean. Kitchen is well stocked. This was our second week-long stay, and would stay here again.

This is a wonderful and comfortable home. It does a great job accommodating our group of 13 people. Each of the six bedrooms are really nice, so nobody loses out by staying in an undesirable room. The amenities were great, and the host was awesome to work with. We travel to Rockaway Beach every Thanksgiving week and we have had many rentals there. This was the nicest one we've stayed in. All have been as large, but none have been as nice. It is all set up for your stay, and we really didn't need any of the appliances or cutlery we took because it's already there. Also, the 2 washers and dryers were great. Everything in the house is updated and comfortable. It's a great location and easy to get to. With plenty of parking for our 5 cars we were driving. We definitely hope to stay here again next year. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this home for you and your family.

This house was absolutely amazing! It was so incredibly well stocked, well kept, and just beautiful. Right on the beach with a gorgeous view. We very much enjoyed our stay!

This is the second time we have stayed at Mathew’s place. Our family of 10 adults and 4 kids are more than comfortable in this beautiful oceanfront/beachfront house. The house is well stocked with everything you could ever need! Thank you again! We can’t wait to be back next year.

The house was very clean when we arrived and the linens smelled great. We loved that there was beach access. We broke a couple things while we stayed and the host was very responsive and helpful. Kitchen had more than enough equipment and utensils. I felt immediately at home in this beautiful space.

This was the most perfect beach house for our entire extended family. It was clean, it had a ton of toys and entertainment for kids, it had space for the adults, and it was exactly as described. The things we loved most were the supplies provided, the double washer/dryer, the multitude of beach towels, the sand toys, the outdoor heated shower, 2 refrigerators, and the care taken to make the home inviting. We are already planning return trips

We all loved this house! It was a fabulous option for a large group and if we ever decide to all go on a trip again, this property is at the top of our list! Walkable to town with amazing views. One item we wanted to mention was that beach access was not quite as easy as the pictures made it look for people with some mobility issues. But otherwise access was completely fine for the rest of the group. Thank you for providing a space for us to make wonderful memories!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful, spacious house right on Rockaway Beach! Perfect for our 6 families, plenty of room, super comfy bedrooms (including a fun bunk room for the kids), and a great open living area connected to the kitchen. Just a 1‑minute walk to the beach, even our 3‑year‑olds managed easily. The house was stocked with toys for both indoors and the beach, which was a huge plus.The location was fantastic, food trucks and restaurants just a short 10–15 minute walk away. We also loved nearby activities like the steam train to Garibaldi, the Tillamook Air Museum, the Creamery (with lots of ice cream, of course!), and the Big Tree Trailhead hike. Communication with the host was easy and smooth.Overall, an awesome stay, we’d love to come back again!

Extremely clean. Amazing view. Well stocked in every way: kitchen utensils, pots, pans, crockpot, spices, etc. Everything you’d need to cook meals, which we did. Plenty of towels (including beach towels), soap and toilet paper. An amazing feature is the heated water that comes out of the faucet outside to wash off the sand with.

First of all this home is immaculate and beautifully decorated. Home is super comfy, including the beds. The kitchen has everything you could need. Beach access is excellent, location is quiet. WIFI strong, The only problem we had was leaving. We all wanted to stay longer!

Our family of 14 had a fabulous time at ‘The Green House’. It’s situated right on the beach with direct access to it. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. One of the very best place we’ve ever stayed!

Reunion Time

This beautiful home was exactly as it appears online. No surprises is a good thing! We loved the location. The beach was our backyard. The large living room/kitchen area provided lots of space for our big family gatherings. The home is located in close proximity to all the things we wanted to do. Our favorite beach ended up being Hug Beach (a must do). We had close access to several small grocery stores and fun shops. I have to say the kitchen is the most well-stocked kitchen we have ever seen, and we've stayed in a lot of rentals. I am envious of the pots and pans. I plan to buy the same set. And the knives were actually sharp! There is a large counter to prep and serve food, and the kitchen table is large and the picture window gives you a dreamy view of the ocean. The washer and dryer are new and so nice. We literally didn't have a single complaint.

We found a very large log and rolled in down the beach to make a wind block. It was really fun to work together.

Perfect for our family of 12!

Steps from the beach and wonderful views! Everyone got their ocean fix! Spacious and comfy living area, very well equipped kitchen, extra fridge/freezer if the cooks get carried away, bedrooms felt private, plenty of bathrooms. Lots of extras tucked here and there. We lacked for nothing! And great coffee only 2 blocks away!

We had a family reunion with my three sons and their families, which we do almost every year. We all agreed that this was one of the best units that we have stayed at.The location was perfect, right on the beach. The unit was well-stocked, especially the kitchen. It came with beach towels, toys, and good quality televisions. One of our favorite features was that there were two laundry units, which is a must since we had nine children with us. It came with lots of beach toys and had an outdoor shower, which made it easy to wash off the sand before entering the house.
