Older, run down property with few amenities. Broken up concrete in the parking lot. Room was clean but had a persistent odor of having once been a smoking room. One well worn, stained chair in room. Uncomfortable bed, pay for wifi, no elevator. Decent location close to Mayo. But there are many other options. I'll choose another next time.

The room was dirty with black dirt spots on the sitting chair arms. The beds were uncomfortable, I could feel the springs. There was old tissue paper that was peft in the peephole of the door. The breakfast was nice and convenient. The staff were st times helpful and at times felt judgemental. You have to request room service if you want it. Ithe "high speed" internet was actually quite poor and laggy. would not stay there again.

Plenty of light in the room especially for older people who have trouble seeing. Staff was great and this is the 1st place that carried sugar free syrup which helps especially if you're diabetic.
