I arrived at the location to find out my reservation was cancelled within and had to shuffle me to a different hotel where the walls were thin and could hear everything next door.

There was some road construction going on, and if you walked out of the hotel and went away from the construction (which was intuitive) you walked right into a not so nice section...there should have been an "excuse our mess" sign or something with an arrow pointing you in the right direction when exiting the hotel on foot

Not much good to say about this place. Chose it because if it’s location in the city. Stayed here for a conference I attended for work. Towels left in hallway all day long, rooms not updated, restaurant closed. Definitely would not go back.

Check in was very quick and easy room was clean and staff was very friendly. There was some issues with the escalators not working and the the elevators would get stuck on different levels a few times a day. Also beware of parking they charge $17 a night to park in there garage and $25 for just a day.

Broken escalator, one of 4 elevators broken the whole weekend, garbage cans overflowing, no restaurant at all, no coffee shop. Seems as though some parts of the hotel have had some updates, others are sad and dated. We will not be back. There are many other, better options for the money.

Cheerful, helpful staff. The property needs a clean up and some investing. The only thing that keeps this place from adequate is the comforter. It is not in a zipper locked case, and just floating between 2 linens. Lots of stains in the carpeting and general feel of being unkept.

Very strange hotel, with no restaurant or bar, airport transfer did not arrive (eventually I called hotel and they paid for a taxi), we received the wrong room upon arrival, having paid for river view, service was very slow and I was late for a meeting. Very few rooms were in use in the hotel, few facilities available. The manager was very nice and accommodating but other staff were not very helpful.

OK stay

The front desk staff was very friendly. The sheets on one of the beds in the room were stained. We asked for them to be changed and housekeeping did come and change them. Overall the hotel is worn and not as clean as it should be. There is no restaurant or bar in this location. It is quite obvious that they will be closing soon. This is unfortunate because it has the potential to be a wonderful property.

The only reason I booked this hotel was because there was a bar/restaurant in it. When we arrived the bar/restaurant was not open and the hotel staff had no answers. No breakfast available as advertised. No fridge or microwave in room.

The property was clean, very out of date, and staff didn’t explain much when asking them a question. The bar was closed, when asking the staff why they had no reasoning and couldn’t tell us when it would be open. It was a very nice bar and fully stocked too! The rooms were very outdated and stains were all over the carpet. No mini fridge, no microwave. The pool was outside and closed for the season. No hot tub. Overall we would never stay here again.

The place needs lot of attention. No security in an area where homeless and drug users are hanging outside the parking lot. The carpet in the hallways and the bedrooms need to be cleaned! The lobby, oh the lobby...looks like a chip motel. The walkway to the parking lot is dirty. Not inviting at all. The computers placed on a very tiny space at a corner were acting up and the printer had no toner, so I had to relied on the front desk staff to print and scanned a very private document I needed to sign and return. I am definitely NO coming back to that hotel.

This property is closing down, something that wasn’t listed when I booked. Restaurant and bar were closed, workers were checked out, place was run down. Was trying to take my gf to a really nice hotel and it was between this and the strathallan. Realized I made the wrong decision but couldn’t cancel reservation because it was through Expedia. This was my first time using Expedia, and I don’t see a reason why I’d need a middle man when I book my hotels going forward. The extra 20 bucks a night in savings that Expedia might be able to save isn’t worth the potential of being disappointed like we were. The hotel wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t as we expected and our hands were tied once we realized this
