「I didn’t stay here they canceled my reservation due to them being fully booked and then they didn’t return my money for them canceling my reservation so I can’t rate the rooms but the service I received was horrible and unfortunately unprofessional for not refunding me my money it was you who cancelled my reservation that was already paid for in full」

「Entered property and lobby was fine. Staff person check us in and was very pleasant. Got to our room and it was awful. Stained sheets and bed comforter, unfinished ceiling work in bathroom. Very disturbing and did not sleep as a result. Will never stay at this brand again!」

「Couldn’t use the pool or hot tub. The weight room was very warm. The treadmill was loud and didn’t work right. The weight machine was broken by other guests and never fixed. The bike I could use but the screen was not working. It dirty in there. The outside and back doors were left open during the day and I didn’t feel safe. Any one could walk in who isn’t a guest there. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was good. Check in and out was fast. The wi fi was only good for 8...
