THIS ROOM HAD NO TV WHICH SHE GAVE ME A $10 DISCOUNT. THE ROOM WAS HALF PAINTED, NO GARBAGE CAN. THE BATHROOM WAS DIRTY, ONLY 1 TOWEL......THERE WAS 2 OF US STAYING. THE REFRIGERATOR SMELLED SO NASTY THAT WE COULD NOT EVEN PUT A DRINK IN IT. THERE WAS BAGS OF GARBAGE SITTING IN THE HALLWAY THAT SMELLED SO TERRIBLE. THE FLOORS HAD NOT BEEN VACUUMED. THE PLACE REAKED OF THE SMELL OF POT, IT WAS AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE. WILL NEVER BE BACK THERE AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

This place must have been abandon for a while. Water damage, insects in the room, old mattresses, holes in bedding, mirror off the wall, lamp shade missing, musty smell, ceiling tiles looked crazy. This is the worst hotel I have ever seen.

The property look nothing the aid. It needed a lot of work done to it. My toilet was broken and the room was dirty and you could see outside from the door not being seal good at. I will never stay there again.

Service was horrible. Arrived at 9:30pm to check in with my reservation and there were no rooms available that were still waiting to be cleaned. Finally got into a room about 10:30pm but it wasn’t the room that I originally booked. Had to settle for a double bed non smoking instead of the king smoking room that I had reserved.

I check in an someone enter my room with a key around 4:30pm. I couldn't understand his language or why he was there he look around left out and brought towels back in. No fresh towels or house keeping next day. No phone cord to phone to call front desk. No breakfast at all. Coffee cold and months old. I really was uncomfortable to i checked out at 10:30 Saturday night instead of Sunday.

The outside was unkept. Did not have enough towels. Holes in wall. The first room had no service for tv. The second room someone had dropped a soda and it went all over the wall. My linen looked like it was unclean with makeup on sheets. Sprinkler system was gone out of room. Dead bugs throughout the hall. Broken items from other rooms just sitting in hall.

When we first arrived around530pm, the manager had to go check room. Said TV was unavailable. Took the room at first. When we entered room, i had taken of my sandals. Not a smart move.,carpet was soaked an paper was over smoke alarm. We changed rooms to a king size. Flying bugs, garbage in drawers. We got out of there the folllowing morning as soon as possbile. Not reommending.

A Hotel from Hell Experience

Horrible experience. We were placed in a stinky smoking room with non working TV, a sink that leak water, room keys that didn’t work (the manager finally gave us a master key so we can go in and out). The hotel look liked an abandoned place from a horror movie and the lobby was totally empty for hours at a time. We waited for breakfast (as it was advertised) from 8 to 8:30 am with no success and there was NO one to even do our check out. Although years back this “hotel” was a nice place, now it should be condemned, closed or totally refurbished.

They need money

One of the worst experiences I've had in a Motel. When I first checked in I had to pay for the whole stay up front instead of when I checked out like I've done in every other stay I've had at a motel. Every room on the first floor had a outside door opening onto the parking lot for an easy trip from your car to your room. But they were all broke so you had to make a long trek from the parking lot thru the lobby to your room. It's the middle of July and the pool was empty. No one working on it just empty. When I got to my room I noticed wallpaper pealing off the wall. Normally you have two end tables with lamps, one on either side of the bed. The end tables were there but no lamps. They advertise a Continental Breakfast. A sign at the front desk says breakfast from 6-9. I came down for breakfast at 6am but nothing was out and no one was there. Then I noticed a sign in the breakfast area that said breakfast from 6:30-9. So I went back to the room and then came back at 6:30. Same as before no one there and nothing was out (I thought). When I came back later in the day I ask the person at the front desk why they didn't have breakfast out like they advertised. He said "we did". Then honest to god this is what he said. "We have bread and milk". I looked again and there was half a loaf of white bread by a toaster (no butter or jelly) and a pitcher half filled with milk. No coffee, juice, rolls, muffins, or cereal. I was so stunned I I didn't know what to. More to it ran out

Awful

This was my second time standing there both times was awful. The rooms are very nasty. They are not clean. I stepped out for a minute when I came back. My key card couldn’t work on both trips. They tell me that they are having problems with the key cards when I get back to the room Someone had been in the room. The service man tell me that maintenance was in the room, but whoever was in the room had been smoking, bed with script. Everything has been moved around the service guy call someone on the phone and he says sorry ma’am. We did not check no one into the room. I explain to them. I never said you check no one into the room, but someone’s been in the room smoking, and I don’t smoke so finally they give me another room I get into the room there’s hair and cigarettes ashes on the floor so I was very frustrated. The TV didn’t work on the first trip. They told me it was because of the storm on the second trip that’s even they work again at this point I’m like no no need to complain to the other. They’re not trying to fix anything around here. I’ll be gone by morning around 5:45 AM. Someone’s going around knocking on all the guest doors waking me up at my sleep. Checkout tab is not until 11 AM. This has been a very awful trip. I do not recommend this hotel to no one. They need to fix a lot of things. Food don’t work and it’s just nasty and awful everywhere.
