There was a fan which was needed as the weather was hot (a shark fan - which is a real luxury touch) also tea and coffee making facilities, water, hairdryer, dressing table with accessible plugs!

「Excellent location just off the M6 motorway, staff were very friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. Shower could have been a bit more comfortable. The only thing i dont understand is the £5 charge for Parking. The hotel has its own grounds outwith the main services parking so the only people using the car park are hotel guests. Its at a motorway services so no one can access the hotel without a vehicle so the extra £5 for parking is a bit of a joke, I would feel better if it was...
