「I arrived on a Sunday and had sent a message several days before to say that I would like an evening meal. I went to the dining area at 8pm only to be told that the kitchen had closed for the evening so I was unable to get anything to eat that evening although I was offered crisps. 「The hotel was beautiful, and the staff were top class. The area was superb and only a short stroll to the 'Heartbeat' tv setting. Everything about the hotel was excellent, with the exception of the restaurant. We used the restaurant on the Sunday evening and ordered the sirloin steak meal for myself and my wife. 「Beautiful stay at the Haven Crest. Rooms were immaculate. The breakfast was 5* and served by a lovely friendly helpful lady. The premises is just outside the main town but a lovely walk along the coast to reach it, about 15 minutes. A lovely bar with fantastic views right next door. The Manager was was very accommodating. Would definitely recommend this B&B」

「We had no running hot water other than the electric shower. No wardrobe just hangers on hooks. TV was the size of an iPad. Bottom bed sheet too small and forever coming off. Needs to be clearer when it states breakfast included but it is only cereal. Outside seating area not suitable as soiled with seagulls droppings」
