Was just there for a few days diving.Room worked great for me. A/C worked good, room was clean and had a small fridge. Breakfast was included and had good options. Used the pool a couple times and was clean and refreshing,lots of seating around it. It is about a five minute walk to the main part of downtown which was no big deal for me.Staff was pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay there in the future.They also have a bigger suite that looks like it would be great for a couple that needs a little more room.

The diveing and snorkeling options are fairly priced. Being centrally located on the strip makes walking everywhere you want to go a breeze. The staff was beyond friendly. My biggest regret was not being able to stay a little longer.

Pool was nice and clean. Transportation is limited and it’s approx a 7 min walk to the heart of the strip. Room was basic but had good air conditioning. The water in the shower takes a very long time to heat up a there was a line in the middle of the TV where it needs repair. Housekeeping came everyday and overall staff was excellent.

We had a great stay here and a lovely dive with the dive centre. Special shout out to Michael for his excellent service and the rest of the staff was brilliant too. 10/10 would recommend.

Other than the water, all was great

Everything was great except for the odor of the water (especially hot). Water did stink and made the whole room smell. Other than that, everything was great. Great pool, great location and an easy 2 minute walk to West End.

Not a very good place to stay. Had to check in and out at a different hotel which is about 10 minutes away and had to keep messaging on Expedia as there was no other way to contactstaff. No water in the room when we first arrived and the drain in the shower smelt like sewage when we first turned it on and there was dirt in the sink and trainer footprints in the shower. Very quiet and seemed like we were the only people there and there was a lot of maintenance being done and men constantly walking past our room. Nothing at the hotel and had to walk 10 to the other hotel or the high Street for everything. Was told that we could stay in our room later until we needed to leave and still had someone knocking on the door telling us off for missing check out. Booked a pick up for the day we left which didn't turn up despite checking the time with them twice and had to get a more expensive taxi, they messaged us 20 minutes later that they were there but it was too late by then. Wouldn't stay again.

Ok place

Hotel was far from the main road on a gravel street. Long walk. Also the stairs were uneven and marble so slippery when wet. The rooms only had sliding glass doors that were difficult to close and a few times the maids left it unlocked . There is no soap dish or rack in the shower so you have to put the soap on the floor. Air conditioning worked well . Tv only had two English channels . Safe was not nailed or secured down. Staff was very nice .

The room was clean and the pool was beautiful and well kept. The location is good and walking distance to the water and restaurants. The road to get to the main road washed out during a couple of days of rain. The only complaint I had was there is no coffee in the room and it was a chore every morning to walk to the restaurants to get coffee.

AC was fine , staff was very friendly and I liked the place we're we stayed , Staff helped me with check in as they are in two different locals, that was a little bit unconventional and a quick fix could be made to accommodate customers easily , a snack and refreshment machine could be added for the time being untill a restaurant and bar can be added.Other than that every thing is with in a 10 minute walk.Main pool is excellent with plenty of room for swimming water was like bath water.

The entire team at West End Dive Resort and Splash Inn & dive shop were kind, courteous and pleasant. Access to the pool after a great day of diving was a lovely way to relax. Room was exactly what I needed, comfortable bed, great shower, and a quiet environment. Will be back again.
