Only electricity used by the air-conditioning units is monitored and billed separately at $0.40 USD per kWh, based on actual usage during your stay. To conserve energy and avoid unnecessary charges, please turn off the AC when leaving the property and whenever doors or windows are open.

Island Living: Roatán is a tropical island, and occasional power or internet interruptions can occur. You may also encounter tropical insects, geckos and other island wildlife during your stay. The property is regularly maintained and treated, but these are a natural part of life in the tropics.
