「Host was quick to respond to any questions. My girls loved sledding on the hills and visiting with the animals. the rope loft was also a hit and that's where they slept! The kitchen layout was a little quirky, could use a utensil audit- it had several wine keys/corkscrews but not a can opener, bread knife or whisk/mixer. We had brought heavy whipping cream and had to borrow a blender from the downstairs apartment to make it- So be sure to pack any small kitchen tool that you think would be...

「Would definitely recommend. The Midge is a super cute cabin. It was very clean and the fire pit was a definite plus. With the porch lights off you can see a gazillion stars. No views like that in the city. The walking trails are great and go right by the river and its always fun to ride up to the dam where it feels like you're on top of the world. May stay here again on my next visit home.」

「My family and I booked this cabin for our snow tubing trip in March, 2026. The cabin is in such a pleasant area. Its close to everything but yet completely tucked away in the mountains.
