حجزنا قبل موعد وصولنا بأسبوعين غرفة بسرير كنق ووصلنا قالوا حجزكم غرفة لتوأم؟ والسعر كان اعلى من السعر الذي تم الحجز به!! وبعد المراجعه رجعنا السعر اللي حجزنا فيه، واخذناها خمس ليالي والسعر مرتفع جدًا لو حطيناه بفندق خمس نجوم أفضل.. الفندق هدفهم الربح اكثر من رضاء العميل خدماتهم سيئه وفيه شح في المناديل وتبديل المناشف، نتمنى تحسين الخدمات للفائده العامة

1- The window of the room is damaged, the sound from the street is very annoying and I asked to change the room and it was refused 2- I asked to change the towels and my request was ignored more than once on the pretext that there were no new towels available 3- Toilet tissues and facial tissues are very few, and when requesting an additional quantity, they are not given until after the request is repeated - Conclusion: I do not recommend staying in this hotel at all, and of course I will not repeat my visit to it

I spent 6 days, when check-in and check-out employees didn't the know the differnece between 6 nights and 5 days. they don't know that FEB is 28 days so I have to check out in march 1st !!!

فندق رائع في الذوق والاثاث بالنسبة لكونه ٣ نجوم ،، الموقع امام كبرى ولذا عيبه الوحيد الضجة وإزعاج السيارات في كل الأوقات ،، كذلك منطقة عمل وحفريات أمامه في الوقت الراهن.

موقع بعيد نوعا ما عن مركز المدينة وهاديء وجديد, الغرفة بغاية الترتيب والنظافة, ومواقف سيارات متوفرة تحت المبنى, ولكن رغم ان تم تسجيل وصولي مبكرا فقد تاخرت اجراءات تسجيل الدخول صباح يوم الأربعاء, كذلك قمت بالتجديد ليوم الجمعة وعند تسجيل خروجي طالبوني بالسداد رغم انه تم السداد بواسطة موقع هوتيلز مما دعا المدير للقدوم وانهاء الوضع, كذك عدم توفر أو تعاقد الفندق مع مغسلة ملابس.
