Pro: sauberes, gepflegtes villenartiges Haus, großzügig geschnittene Wohnung mit wunderschönem Blick aufs Meer, großer Wohn- und Essbereich, Einbauküche mit allen notwendigen Kochutensilien, modernes Bad mit großer Dusche, insgesamt sauber und gepflegt. 「A cosy place for a visit to SanRemo, in a beautiful, historic part of the town and easy walking distance of the beach. Be sure to get clear directions to the apartment before your arrival. We found the office where we were told to pick up the keys was closed and had difficulty finding the apartment and then a parking place. Water pressure is also a little low in the apartment. However, very good value for money.」

「Eine wunderschöne nicht zu kleine Ferienwohnung, gut heizbar, ideal, um dort auch im Winter einmal Urlaub zu machen! Das Ein- und Aus-Checken verlief ohne Komplikationen, sehr freundliche Vermieterin! Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war allerdings äußerst kompliziert und in keinster Weise zufriedenstellend.」

「Very practical little apartment. Super comfy bed, hot water, great little kitchenette. Everything worked and every detail is perfect. I had not realized that the space has very little natural light, but it is really quite perfect even so. It's a steep walk every direction from the door, so be prepared.」

Il n’y a pas de lits mais un canapé pour dormir dont le confort est moyen. Italianway se classe dans la haute qualité mais oublie de montrer ce qui est réel de l’appartement . 「Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Bei fragen steht die eigentümerin immer zu seite.man kann sehr gut dort abschalten inmitten der olivenbäume.」

「It's been a bit like going back in time but with all nowadays assets. The mill lies quite remote at the end of a private road, very calm. But you are back in the busy environment on the coast in 10 min if you like. The pool is great for relaxation and very clean. We didn't miss a thing. The only thing we could gone without were the ants everywhere in the house. They'll remind you to keep it clean.」
