This property was wonderful. Very clean, rooms are great with a kitchen and laundry in room. The only thing we did not Like is that the AC shuts completely off when you leave. So we came back to a room that was 75 degrees after being in the heat all day at a soccer tournament. It was a constant battle to keep the room Cool.

The building is beautiful and is situated right by the St. John's Riverwalk and the Friendship Fountain, which are gorgeous. It was quiet and the room was clean. However, the bathroom was very small and the tub/shower was very awkward and difficult to get in and out of safely. There was no counter space and it was difficult to get hot water without losing water pressure. There was no refrigerator in the room and no streaming options on the TV. Overall, since we had other things to do in Jax and spent a limited amount of time in the room, we just dealt with it, but it was far from the best hotel experience I've had.

Very kind staff to welcome me Tiffany even remembered my first name throughout my stay. Pleasantly surprised quiet, exceptionally clean, wonderful room & inviting bed. Even the shuttle & driver kind and got me to where I needed to be. This was pleasant surprise for my trip to Jaxonville. I would definitely recommend to everyone this hotel & likeable staff as a great choice to stay in this area.
