The Best Stay Ever

I do a lot of traveling through the U.S. and by far this hotel establishment has took the cake. Thank you for your excellent service and thank you for making my stay a wonderful stay.

Quiet, Relaxing Stay

Our room was clean and spacious...didn't feel cramped in any way. Good size shower/tub with great water pressure, heated up quickly too. Hotel XOLA was also quiet. It was really relaxing. The location for food and shopping is also a plus.

Comfortable stay

It was surprisingly quiet since it was backed up to 60. Quiet in the hallways. Had to take food back to the room since Covid is still a thing. All I needed for the night.

I felt uncomfortable seeing alot of men always standing out in the hallways outside the rooms. It was very odd and scary to pass by that activity to get to my room so I checked out early. Someone should look into that

I expected breakfeast to be like other hotels when they provide eggs , cerel sausage pancakes. here they severed us as if we were at school again or hospital . Small orange juice .... and the hotel seems to be operating a business within the rooms .. 4 rooms with computers and boards. hallway was full of people that were immagrants feesl like non english speaking all with papers in there hands waiting to be seen. very uncomfrtable as a family staying there

Customers beware

This hotel smelled like cigarettes throughout the whole building. In room 104 on the 1st floor my husband is a veteran with disabilities the phone did not even work in the room We had to call on our cell phone to ask if We could have a late checkout and they did not even give us a late check out just 20 minutes.

Bad smell

I did spend only one hour there, the smell was too strong, smell was like Humidity and cigarette, I when there for a Wedding, my house is 50 minutes from there, I just check in and left, I payed 150 for nothing,I regret totally, I had two options of rooms and I choice the deluxe room 😀 I was embarres to go to the front desk to check out, Lady st the front desk was very kind, furniture too old the carpet was ugly and dirty but The smell was to strong that I couldn’t handle it

Very disappointed total overall

I reserved 3 rooms for my families. They were dirty, sheets were stained or dirty, 2 rooms had cockroaches. We told the front desk and he said they would refund us the 3 days . We were only 1hr and 30 minutes and they charged us for one day. We traveled 10 hours to get there and it was 1 am. Families and children were tired. We had to go somewhere else. They claim they have breakfast. It is not a breakfast. It’s grab a bag and go. That is not much of a breakfast. This place is a rip-off.
