"The room was clean and beautifully decorated! The bed was so comfortable. The coffee from local coffee shop was delicious and definitely a bonus! We stopped in to take some home with us because we loved it so much. The restaurant downstairs was amazing! The only complaint was the noise from the live band. We used the ear plugs provided, the noise machine and our fan but still very noisy. We have stayed before at a different apartment and the noise didn’t bother us but the band seemed to be right under the bed in this one. Overall, we would stay again :)"

"Secure parking. Emailed back initially with no response but called emergency number to inform them about lack of supplies. Sent that day. Cleaning was spotty. Our family rented 3 different units during our stay with similar issues of hair and stains. They did send a maid when we complained to make it right. All- in all comfortable beds, convenient to the hospital "

"Beautiful location with a wonderful spacious area! You'll have an amazing time staying here with eateries all around you! Only setback you might have if you're trying to sleep early with the bar/music going on down below. It's not an issue to me personally. I can't recommend this spot enough!"

"Host was wonderful! Above and beyond. We especially enjoyed the coffee and stopped by to get a bag on our way home. The loft was beautiful, quiet and as pictured. The bed was so comfortable! We enjoyed depot town and all it had to offer with unique stores and restaurants! We would absolutely stay again. "

"We had no heat all day Sunday when it was single digits outside. I asked where the thermostat was at noon and got excuses all day. At 4:00 I sent a message saying that we'd give them one hour and then we'd have to leave as it was freezing cold. Finally, at 6 p.m. someone showed up to turn on the heat in the downstairs apartment where it had been turned off by the tenants who had moved out suddenly. The property manager tried to blame me for not getting back with him to tell him we hadn't closed the vents. Seriously? Why would we close them? They had worked beautifully all night long. Besides no heat, the window shades in the bedrooms were in tatters, there were rodents chewing on something in the walls and floors, and after 6" of overnight snow, I asked if there was a snow shovel to shovel the sidewalk down to the street and was assured maintenance would be there to shovel the sidewalk- they never showed up. I'm waiting to hear about a refund for the one night, but it looks unlikely. Renter beware: if you ever have an issue with a VRBO rental you must contact them while you are in the rental to get any satisfaction from VRBOCare. In all fairness I must confess that because the house was so cold, there were 4 glasses left in the sink unwashed. All towels were in the bathtub and an extra comforter was left on one of the beds. This is the first bad review I've ever left. :("
