"Check-in went so smoothly. John was amazing. The room was enormous for a hotel. The bed was very comfortable. I didn’t wake up with a backache this morning. Only a couple of things not so great. Was one of the TVs in the room didn’t work. Yes I said one because there was a second one. And the bathroom door did not close all the way. Otherwise the breakfast was great and we really enjoyed our one night stay"

"We stayed here twice. The first time the room was great, the staff very helpful. Two days later we came back and the room was rundown, the staff short changed us for the laundry, but didn’t tell us the washer was broken (even though the sign on it was obviously old). I do have to say they have a GREAT breakfast, and the kitchen staff were so friendly and helpful, they almost made up for the desk staff."
