"When we got there to check in the lady at the desk was very rude and disrespectful. A gentleman that I belief was the shift manager came to replace her and his attitude was just as bad. They both acted as if they hated their job. Definitely not a good first impression. "

The A/C unit was kind of noisy and every so often there was a loud humming noise. Not sure if it was because we were on the top floor and there may have been some equipment above us on the roof. "
