"Great communication and an easy check-in/check-out process. The apartment has an incredible view of the city from its private patio. We love the proximity to the metro station and the easily walkable neighborhood with wonderful restaurants (try A Picciridda and Trattoria da Cinzia). The beds were comfortable and the washer and dryer were a plus. We would definitely stay in this apartment again."

"Pictures nicer than reality. Ground floor flat in a super location, but dark and no possibility to open a window. There is a washing machine and a dishwasher, but no tabs to use them. As a traveller you would appreciate some customer focus in terms of maybe a bottle of water or coffee capsules or so. Do not expect this here. "
