Nice, spacious and clean apartment with good servi

Great location very spacious and clean apartment. Service was very good; lady at the front desk was helpful and very friendly. Few minutes walking to the lake and lots of eating places.

Large apartment, underground parking

To be clear, this is not a typical hotel; rather a set of autonomous apartments in a large, modern 3-story residence. Our two bedroom apartment was close to 800 ft^2, absolutely no relation to small hotel rooms we typically get everywhere else. The rooms were very clean. There is a reception office on the main floor but it does not remain open 24/7. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Although the hotel is not by the water or next to the main cafes and restaurants, I still feel that everything was within walking distance. The waterfront is 500 steps away and you can reach it by crossing a park. There is underground parking available (at no extra charge) in case you visit Riva del Garda with your own vehicle. It was still cold in early May so we did not visit the pool. Overall, we left very impressed and we recommend this place very highly.

very nice appartment in the center of Riva

We were a bit suspicious when seeing the highest ranking, but the reality confirmed it. We had a two bedroom appartment with fully equipped kitchen. Everythig was clean and comfortable. The girl in the office vas very helpful and provided a lot of useful info about Riva. She even prepared us a hot chockolate upon arrival.

Empfehlenswert!

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und top ausgestattet! Nebst den Frotteetüchern und Toilettenartikeln, gab es Handtücher, Tabs für Geschirrspüler, etc. einfach alles. Das Quartier ist ruhig und in wenigen Gehminuten ist man am See oder in der Altstadt. Es wurden uns gratis (gegen Kaution) Velos zur Verfügung gestellt für alle Altersklassen, selbst Kindersitz war dabei. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Der Pool ist kleiner als es auf dem Foto scheint, aber ok. Es hat eine offene Garage mit diversem Spielzeug für alle Altersklassen. Der Garten ist aber eher klein und für Kleinkinder eher weniger geeignet (kein Spielplatz). Alles ins allem eine gute Wahl! Wir können es weiter empfehlen!

Großzügige Apartments, sehr zentral

Wir hatten zwei super Tage am Gardasee. Wir haben das Hotel gegen 14 Uhr gebucht und waren dann um 20 Uhr vor Ort. Normal endet der Check-In um 19 Uhr, aber das war kein Problem. Ein kurzer Anruf hat genügt und es war zuverlässig jemand da. Da es Februar ist, hat der Vermieter gleich nachdem er die Buchung bekommen hatte, die Heizung aufgedreht und er war ganz besorgt, ob es wohl warm genug ist. Zur Begrüßung haben wir gleich noch einen Espresso bekommen. Große Garage mit extra Fahrradkeller. Alles tip top. Ferienwohnung war sehr großzügig. Großer Wohnbereich mit Küche. Bad mit Wanne und Dusche. Alles sehr sehr sauber. Sonnenbalkon Richtung Süden. Lage ist auch top. Recht ruhig in einer Seitenstraße, aber nur 5 Gehminuten von der Innenstadt und vom Hafe weg. Wir durften am Abreisetag das Apartment auch noch so lange haben, wie wir wollten, weil keine Gäste im Anschluss kamen. Ist sehr zu empfehlen.
