"The accommodations were poor. It was very small, the beds were not comfortable, they did not provide enough bed linens for all the beds, and there was a bag of dirty towels left behind and no clean towels. The WiFi connection was poor and kept disconnecting. The aqua center was the best part but the accommodations were terrible"

"Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt für uns und die Kinder. Wir hatten nur im Voraus die Ferienwohnung gebucht und auch bezahlt und uns dann vor Ort für ein Zelt (Glamping) entschieden, da die Zelte näher am Pool auf einem abgezäunten Areal waren. Für die Kinder war das optimal. Leider konnte uns aber die Preisdifferenz nicht erstattet werden, was wir natürlich sehr schade fanden und auch nicht verstehen. "Ankunft Check in top Haus nicht direkt mit Meersicht daher Abzug, dachte laut Buchung genau das Ferienhaus gebucht zu haben nicht irgendeins. Für die eine Woche viel Geld bezahlt.
