"The room was not properly maintained, with garbage left uncollected and no microwave provided. Considering the high room rates and the additional $50 per night parking fee, the stay felt overpriced. Although the view was enjoyable but not worth the prcoe, it did not make up for the lack of cleanliness and extra charges. Overall, my experience was disappointing, and I expected much better value for the price paid."

"Don't go if you have young kids or babies. There is no refrigerator in the room. There was no laundry bag or garbage bags, no moisturizer, very small towels, no coffee pods, no complimentary water. Very low standard for a hotel in Niagara Falls. Been to several hotels at niagara and this was the first time I was not happy or felt like I was a welcomed guest at the hotel. Also no eggs or bacon at the breakfast"

"This property is definitely a family friendly, staff is courteous. Hotel charges for Parking but didn't find the parking spot till late evening. Parking should have a designated parking spots for pickup truck as once they are parked one cannot park or back up in the spot behind them. Room was okay, matteress were brutal with spring sticking and poking you no matter which ever side one lay down. When I went to complain about it at the front desk no staff was available later in the night I feel considering the location and foot fall and price Hotel should keep it updated. No a good experience."

"Unfortunately I woke up with a bite on my arm and decided to check out early. Had a booking for 2 nights. When I went to check out and told the front desk that I wanted to check out early because I received a bite and when I checked the beds it appeared to have bed bug powder along the edges of the mattress, they just said ok I will left the deposit hold on your credit card. No empathy, offered to be switched rooms or compensation. The hot water tap in the shower sprayed sideways, the tv was leaned back, paint missing on the bathroom door. Not well maintained."
