"The room was great, however the attempt to be sophisticated and have the TV as part of the mirror meant that it was very hard to view the TV as I could see the reflection of the other side of the room in that mirror clearer than I could see what was on the TV. On my first night I called for someone - they came but couldn’t fix and were going to get someone to look the next day. Was no evidence that this had been looked at or resolved "
