「Dave was wonderful!!!! We missed our train so we took a taxi not knowing the taxi could not drive into the gated neighborhood. Dave came to get us and carried our luggage up the stairs!! Which was a feat in itself! He was kind and so very helpful giving us tips on where to eat and what to see! Even sending us links to the train for day passes! The property was clean and beautiful!!! Wish we could have stayed longer!!! Highly recommended!!! 」

「The apartment was clean but there were not toilet paper, not hot water, not microwave or any kitchen utensils. The communication was awful, responded hours after texting the host. The location is very pretty but really difficult to get there, lots of stairs. 」

Trotzdem ist es mit allem ausgestattet, was man für den Urlaubsalltag benötigt. Besonders das Bad ist sehr gepflegt. Ein Highlight ist sicherlich die Terrasse, von der man einen beeindruckenden Ausblick auf die bewaldeten Berge des Umlandes hat. 「Sehr schöne Lage. Nettes kleines Häuschen mit ausreichend Platz für unsere kleine Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern (6 und 8 Jahre alt). Obwohl außerhalb gelegen, ist man sehr schnell in La Spezia, usw.Chiara ist eine tolle Gastgeberin mit vielen guten Tipps. Sie kümmert sich super schnell und gut um Fragen und Anliegen.」

「Pros: Casa veramente carina e pulita, proprietari carinissimi e gentilissimi. Posizione ottima, vicino hai un mini market, una rosticceria e una lavanderia a 1 minuto a piedi. A 5 min a piedi hai bar e altri servizi. Per andare al mare si può benissimo andare in bici e in 10 min sei arrivato. Se hai un cane come noi hai un giardino grandissimo dove farlo correre. Ci siamo trovati veramente bene. Posizione tranquilla Cons: L’unico neo sono i materassi scomodi」

「Assez Bon emplacement pour les visites. Pb de stationnement dans pitelli. Propreté du logement très douteuse (douche dégueulasse, join de frigo ignobles, Micro onde sale...et j'en passe.). On a pas intérêt à casser de la vaisselle sinon on ne peut plus manger. Le logement sent le moisi et la wifi est restée à la 2G. Le propriétaire reste tout de même à l'écoute.」
