"Modern house with most of the needed facilities. Pool and deck are nice, maybe lacking a bit of shade. Airconditioning (in bedrooms) would be a great addition, although it turned out that at night there were not a lot of mosquitos (they were there during the day though). In the neighbourhood is a panna field, where the kids could play. Beach was nice (not to busy in high season), as was the city of Beziers. Vegatable garden was good, with plenty to eat from it. "Wir haben als 6-köpfige Familie das Ferienhaus im Sommer gemietet. Das Dorfzentrum mit Bäcker, kleinem Laden und Pizzabäcker war in 5min zu Fuss zu erreichen. Große Lebensmittelketten in 5-15min mit dem Auto. Trotz der großen Hitze konnte man sich gut im Haus aufhalten - als Passivhaus war es sehr gut gedämmt und hat sich Nachts entsprechend abgekühlt. Einziges Manko war die fehlende Klimaanlage - die in der Hausbeschreibung aufgeführt war (darum 4 von 5 Sterne). Das Haus war super sauber und...

"Nous avons passé un séjour calme et ressourçant. Si vous cherchez un endroit pour vous reposer, c’est l’endroit idéal. La localisation proche de Narbonne et Carcassonne est parfaite. Qun est très attentionnée envers ses locataires : Nous avons été accueillis avec des légumes et fruits du jardin ainsi qu’avec une bouteille de vin ! Seul point non mentionné dans l’annonce : il y a également une chambre d’hôte en plus du gîte donc on peut être amené à partager la piscine avec d’autres personnes."

"Super petit gîte très sympathique comme les propriétaires d'ailleurs.Petit village tranquil et accueillant.Petit bémol, pas de machine à laver (dégâts fait par d'autres personnes avant nous)et cela n'avait pas été retiré de l'annonce et avec 3 enfants c'étaient un peu embêtant.En tout cas malgré cela avec des propriétaires comme Edhite et Claude les désagréments de ce genre on passe au dessus.Merci à eux pour leurs sympathie et le partage de leur piscine."

"Great pool, nice big unit for the five of us, and great end unit overlooking a field. Didn't feel that clean, however, an it was a little buggy (ants obviously, might have seen a mouse dropping under the sink, not 100% sure there weren't bedbugs or fleas or something else) but some of that can be due to being surrounded by nature as it was. As I said, the pool area was great, and the snack bar was a definite plus. Good location for exploring Carcassonne."
