"Excellent property. The staff was amazing and very friendly. The views are beautiful. The rooms were spacious with balconies and a free standing tub. We stayed five days for my son's wedding and it was fairytale like. Enjoyed breakfast and the spa services. The hotel did not disappoint. It is a bit out from the main city. But the hotel has a boulevard of restaurants and shops across the street, a golf course, gym and golf carts for rent. Overall the family loved it. I would definitely recommend...

"The hotel room itself was decent but some factors to the hotel that didn’t make sense was having to pay to wash your clothes but overall the staff was helpful and also the rooms didn’t come with wash clothes for the showers so it was a language barrier with the staff but overall i enjoyed my trip to bucaramanga."
