Arroyo City, TX Waterfront home

Welcome to our lovely fishing community! We are located on the beautiful Arroyo Colorado River that is part of the intracoastal water way. From the dock you will catch Tarpon, Red Fish, Snook and Trout. Bring your boat to access the bay in 10 minutes and South Padre Island in less than a hour. (2 public boat launches are less than 2 miles away) There is plenty of good fishing! There are many things to do in this area. We are a 1/2 hour from the Laguna Madre National Refuge, Mexico border towns, shopping and outlet malls.

The space:
There are stairs leading to the second floor.
Guests may use all available kitchen appliances.
Bath towels and linens are available for guest use. Bring your own beach towel.
The propane grill is not functioning, but we have a charcoal grill available for guest use. Bring your own charcoal.
We share a dock with our next door neighbor. It is separated by a barrier, so please stay on our side.

Family fishing trip

We went to celebrate a few birthdays for June and enjoy some fishing. Everything was completely wonderful. We made a lot of memories and had more than enough space to accommodate my family. Would definitely recommend and come back for another visit!

The Best Place To Stay In Arroyo City

This is by far the best place to stay in Arroyo City I have been renting properties every year trying out different rentals to enjoy a weekend of fishing, relaxation and peace of mind of having the space with my family without being worried of where to accommodate everyone. We are a group of 8 and believe me there was still much more space available. We all loved it and wish we could of had more time we’ll definitely be coming back. The place is clean, spacious and outdoors is like no other we grilled, fished and even had a spot to overnight dock our family boat. DO NOT HESITATE TO RENT THIS PLACE ITS AWESOME.
