Our conjugate apartment is perfect for couples, solo travelers or friends. Close to the subway and the main tourist attractions such as Sugar Loaf, Christ the Redeemer and Flamengo Beach!

Features you will love: Queen bed and 2 extra mattresses, full kitchen (refrigerator, stove, microwave and utensils), large TV with Wi-Fi, air conditioning and fan, bed linen and bath, iron and hairdryer, wardrobe, hygienic shower, hot water gas, blackout on windows and electronic lock.

Privileged Location: We are on Rua Senador Vergueiro, surrounded by restaurants, bars, cafes and markets. In addition, we have easy access to hospitals, public transport (bus, subway, taxi, bicycles Itaú) and we are close to the beach and squares with areas for pets and children. Our residential building is safe and cozy, with 24-hour doorman.

Your Space in Flamengo:

Our cozy apartment, with bedroom-living room, kitchen and bathroom, is on the 10th floor (deep view) and is less than 10 minutes from the beaches of the south zone and Glória.

Facilities designed for you: private parking 1 block, portable cot and baby bed (request with 1 day in advance), beach chairs to relax and change bed linen and bath every 7 days (request with 1 day in advance).

Enjoy the best of Flamengo: Our location is strategic, close to restaurants, shops and public transport, and just 10 minutes from downtown Rio. Ideal for families, groups of friends and business travelers looking for comfort and fun!

SIMPLIFIED CHECKIN AND CHECKOUT

The check-in is done remotely, with password, 24 hours a day and we have 24-hour doorman. If you need early check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance. We will do our best to help!

On the day of your arrival, at 1pm, we will send you the password. Make sure you have Wi-Fi to receive it. Any special need, please inform us as soon as possible.

For the safety of all, we will request photos of guests' documents 2 days before arrival (their data is protected by LGPD).

The check-out is autonomous: just turn off the appliances and close the door until 12h. If you need late check-out, see availability.
