Safe hostel and helpful staff

The owner André is very sweat and helpful. Helped us how to arrange transfer to the airport and didn’t mind that we checked out in the middle of the night to catch our flight. Rooms and comfort are okay. Ability to use the refrigerator is nice, but the kitchen is very dirty (we found a pest in the kitchen). Overall a nice and very safe place. A lot of food stores outside and security guards on the other side of the street 24 hours.

Tive uma estadia incrível no Quarto Secreto em Copacabana! O ambiente é acolhedor e o serviço é excelente. O destaque foi o funcionamento perfeito do ar-condicionado, garantindo noites tranquilas de sono mesmo nos dias mais quentes do Rio de Janeiro. Além disso, a localização é realmente privilegiada, proporcionando fácil acesso às praias de Copacabana e aos principais pontos turísticos da cidade. Os preços também são bastante razoáveis, oferecendo um excelente custo-benefício. Não posso deixar de mencionar a ótima hospitalidade dos funcionários, que estiveram sempre prontos para ajudar e tornar a minha estadia ainda mais agradável.
