The only thing I liked about this hotel was the location. At breakfast, the selection was limited. I did not enjoy my stay at this place. If I return to Rio, which I probably will, this hotel is off the list of places to stay. At the front desk, and everyone else, were very disconnected and vague about everything. Anyway, it is behind me now, but I learned from this experience.

The room itself was stark and bland, there was a lovely view of the dumpster, not a single painting or art in the room. The bathroom was not clean and was falling apart.

El check-in no estuvo bien. La habitación la entregaron tarde, Pero compensaron con checkout, ya que permitieron 3 horas más. Buen desayuno, habitación cómoda y limpia. Hotel antiguo. Pueden renovar y sería un super hotel.

O hotel é muito bom, apenas uma coisa me incomodou, a quantidade de pessoas na recepção é insuficiente. Então entre às 9h e as 13h fez fila na recepção quase todos os dias. As vezes que precisei falar na recepção precisei esperar até 45 minutos na fila. Principalmente no check-out, foram quase 30 minutos.
