A lot happened but a good hotel
Check in was good, fast, someone to take our bags and explain the room for us, so far so good. Room was good! The pool has an incredible view. Pool bar is also cool. There is always someone in front of the hotel to open car`s doors for you or help you with anything. Everyone there try to be nice but the customer service is the problem. THE THING WAS at 3am our room started linking WATER from the ceiling! And one luggage got totally wet, including clothes inside of it. When we called front desk, no one spoke english to understand what was going on. Plus the service just ended around 4am! Best part? it happened again two days after!!! Basically the air conditioning, after staying on for a while, starts linking water from the ceiling. We figure that out because no one explained to us. When we talked to someone at the hotel they didnt even say sorry, didnt offer a coffee, NOTHING! Plus with the corona virus situation, they closed their pool, beach service... everything we paid for and again not even a "I`m sorry for what is going on", all they said was "it`s not our fault". They called us the next day offering 10% off the last two nights which I appreciate it but it took 24hrs for them to realize that they needed to please their client. I don`t think the hotel is bad, let alone people that work there. It is actually well located and people there is nice but with the problems we had we were expecting a better response. But I would stay there again. But not in the same room.
