Staff, especially wrendel, the breakfast crew and the person in charge of the keys, are absolutely fantastic professionals! Location is perfect -close to all things that matter for a guest. Really good daily breakfast. The room is really good but has 2 negatives: 1-no smart tv and 2- the reading lamps were screwed on the headboard-right in the middle. The design looks good but it makes it difficult to seat against the headboard and watch tv or read. Hope next time I can turn on Netflix and Hulu to watch my favorite series:)

Clean room and location were the great big hit for this Ibis Budget Botafogo! The rest was average. Urine smell in front of hotel was unbearable, rooms were super tiny, no hand towels were provided, no room to place suitcase for use, no hooks for towels and not enought hangers. Staff tried to ignored guests waiting to ask questions. Way too expensive for what they offer. Not a good value for money

Loved the location and the staff! It was not as clean as I’d like. Mold in the shower, the baseboards and the toilet room doors were filthy, and the mattress was stained (problematic because the sheets kept coming off). I’d not stay again for those reasons.
