Staff, especially wrendel, the breakfast crew and the person in charge of the keys, are absolutely fantastic professionals! Location is perfect -close to all things that matter for a guest. Really good daily breakfast. The room is really good but has 2 negatives: 1-no smart tv and 2- the reading lamps were screwed on the headboard-right in the middle. The design looks good but it makes it difficult to seat against the headboard and watch tv or read. Hope next time I can turn on Netflix and Hulu to watch my favorite series:)

The hotel is adressed in a nice neighborhood, not far from the beach. The area around has some facilities like a shopping mall, subway station and restaurants. The room itself is quite small and there is no luxury. However, it is affordable, clean and provides what is expected for a budget hotel.

No frills hotel with basic services. No A/C in hallways. Beds are like rocks. One pillow on each bed with scratchy sheets. No shampoo/conditioner provided. But for the price it’s fine. One block from the Botafogo beach.

Of course I was not expecting the space of a 5 stars hotel but the room are extremely uncomfortable due to size. It is almost impossible to use the toilet in privacy as it is so small you barely can close the door. The shower has no privacy. Staff is friendly but not well trained. If you have a bit more to spend, look for a more comfortable place.

Pros: 1. Its location is excellent. 2. Although it's not a luxury hotel, it's confortable and convenient enough for all guests who need only a place to sleep and rest. 3. It's also worth the price. 4. Breakfast is excellent. 5. Hotel staff seems to be very courteous and well trained. Cons: 1. It lacks a minibar in the apartments. 2. It also lacks a piece of furniture where a guest can lock and keep safe any valuables while away from the hotel.
