The host was not answering her phone and was difficult to reach due to lack of wifi access No hot upon reaching, was not mention to guest about turning on hot water system No change of linen No access to masterbed room bathroom for bathing due to broken pipe/facet in bath tub Leakage of water from toilet broken Only was thing,that was excited was the mango tree.」

「Clean house with ac in each room very cozy and private area great security and safe environment. Love the grocery store across the street good food. You would need to have a vehicle to enjoy it like I did, i rented a Kia. Nice pool and gym has new equipment being installed 👍」

「This was our first time traveling as a family internationally. I believe the property I booked was different from the property I checked into. The villa we were assigned to was on the Crest lot and not Villa at the Palms. The villa was clean and bright. There was a pool close to the property's entrance along with an open gym. Our overall experience was pleasant and I would probably stay again in the future.」
