「Clean room, friendly staff, ample parking, public beach w/ ample parking, great local food & bars nearby. Beware the noisy rooster/s that don't just squack in the morning! They're kind of adorable as I'd never seen them before in person, but they can ruin a good afternoon nap 😉 Also there's at least 5 tattoo shops nearby. Toa Baja is about 30 minutes from San Juan, I'd highly recommend a rental car. Using ride share services is an option, but a rental suited my needs better for sight seeing...

「Impressive lobby and pool area. The ocean/beach area is run down and could be nice if they would rake it and spend an hour a day working on cleaning up the sand. The cement around the pool is chipping and hurts to walk on. An awesome free breakfast. We ate lunch 3 times from the pool bar and had dinner 4 times in the lobby. All meals were excellent. 「Hotel was beautiful, pool area and access to beach was nice as well but the room itself needed a lot of updates. The shower faucet was hanging on a thread came off multiple times when using, the light fixtures were not working, there was no outlets immediate to the beds, overall if they work on upgrading their rooms it would be a better experience. 」

「The food was terrible. I ordered chicken tenders and fries from the bar. The tenders looked like they had been baked and then burned in a pan instead of dropped in a fryer. They were stuck together and raw in places. The fries were baked as well. The grab and go fruit on the breakfast bar were rotten. Pool was nice, hotel was clean, staff was helpful and nice.」

Too much traffic, construction, loud people but I guess that's what you get for staying in the center of Old San Juan. Will not recommend this property to anyone who wishes a decent nights sleep. Very disappointing for the end of a good trip.Should have expected and done more research. 」
