Feel refreshed when you stay in this rustic gem! Our brand-new authentic stagecoach is beautifully decorated and hosts all of the same amenities as your standard Airbnb! We offer glamping at it`s finest!

Our cozy stagecoach features a king bed and twin bunk beds, kitchenette, and beautiful patio area with a propane grill, fire pit and patio heater. Our new bath house is just a short walk from your door (les than 100 feet) and offers a eco-friendly Incinolet toilet and running water! Rinse off after a day of hiking under the afternoon sun or nighttime stars in our outdoor shower. Our brand new Rheem hot water heater is fully functional up to 140 degrees, but please note, if the temperature drops below 40 we can not guarantee the water temperature. But do not fret, the indoor plumbing is able to maintain the hot water temperature so you may always choose to clean up indoors!

Aside from the stagecoach and private patio area, guests also have access to the hot tub, community firepit, and outdoor bathhouse. Please note, if nighttime temperatures drop below 32 degrees, the water in the bathhouse is shut off...but can be turned back on at anytime by turning the valve located under the sink back to the `on` position. This is necessary to do in order to prevent the pipes from freezing.

Our brand new and beautifully decorated stagecoach is located in a quiet rural estate subdivision that boarders the beautiful Coconino National Forest. Rimrock is your classic small southwestern town where the locals are friendly, and businesses run at their own pace. There is never a rush here, so take it easy, enjoy your beer (or wine), and just relax!

Guests should be aware that although we are only 2.5 miles away from I-17, the last 1.5 miles is a rugged stretch of dirt road up to the property. Plan for a few extra minutes travel time and be prepared for some bumps and dust along the way....we promise you won`t be disappointed when you arrive at our unique and private retreat!

今回のアメリカ旅行の目的のひとつはこの宿に泊まることでした。 セドナから50分くらいのドライブで到着しました。 最後の道は未舗装ですが、Google maps通りに行けば迷わず到着しました。 非対面でのチェックインですが、鍵の受け渡しや設備の使い方は詳細なメールでの説明があるので問題なく解決しました。 この宿の素晴らしい点は、３つあります。 幌馬車を改造したユニークな宿泊施設であり、馬車の周りの空間も含め素晴らしい空間を独占できる。 満天の星空を誰にも邪魔されず楽しめる。 露天のジャグジーで星空を見ることができる。 一生忘れられない経験になりました。

We had a great stay and enjoyed the sound of the rain on the canvas while we were warm inside the wagon. The second day the clouds cleared and the stars were amazing. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Highly recommend staying here!

The place was super clean, especially for what it is! No bugs had found their way in and it was very tidy and the space was well utilized! The heat and AC worked great. The views were gorgeous and the stargazing was wonderful. The hot tub was hot and the fire table on the private patio made for a wonderful place to have a glass of wine in the evening. The property was quiet and we didn’t hear a peep from the neighbors. Very private. I thought using an outhouse would suck, but it’s more of a large, private separate indoor bathroom. Showering out in the cold wasn’t very fun, but I just decided to use the large outhouse sink to clean up in and wash my hair. The water gets very hot! So it’s nice. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating and quickly addressed and questions or concerns. Checkout is simple. Some places have a long checkout process and it’s almost more work than is even worth the stay. But this place kept it short and sweet! Would definitely come back again or send friends and family.

We absolutely loved this property! Imagine watching shooting stars in the middle of the desert in a hot tub with your lover. Such a divine experience. The wagon was super cozy and really cute. So many epic hikes are very short drives away. Make sure to check out montezuma well!!

Awesome unique property in Rimrock about 45 minutes from Sedona. Clean, cute, lots of amenities and thoughtful touches. Great patio with barbecue, couch, firepit. Comfortable beds and plenty of room for 4 adults. A stay we will remember forever!

Relaxation

My girlfriend and I were looking for peace and quiet away from our city life and thats exactly what we got. We loved staying in the unique stage coach in the desert. The vibe was amazing and we slept so great with the cooler temps at night and sound of the wind to rock us to sleep. We also really enjoyed the patio and fire pit. Gives off more heat than you think and was perfect to keep us warm while stargazing. We will be back as soon as possible.

Stargazing in Style

My teenage boys and I stayed two nights and so enjoyed the hot tub and watching endless shooting stars overhead. The covered wagon accommodations were lovely. The large king bed slept my older son and myself comfortably, while the bunk beds were perfect for my other two teen sons. The bath house was big enough for us to all get ready. The only slight negative was the outdoor shower which despite effort, only got lukewarm. The water inside the bath house was perfectly warm though (perhaps those two can be combined, ha!). We loved our stay and created memories that will last a lifetime!! Thank you!

This place is truly magical! The beds are cozy, and all the essentials are provided for a comfortable stay. The hot tub and fire pit create the perfect setting for relaxation. Cozy and memorable!

As you travel off the beaten path, you see the a wagon off in the distance, and the excitement and curiosity grows. Upon arrival, we were just in awe of the pure perfection of this Covered Wagon! My husband and 2 teens and I couldn't wait to explore the grounds and our quarters for the night. The property was gorgeous with trails, views and vistas all around. At night, we were able to watch the moonlit sky in the hot tub, then chatted around the fire. We chose to catch the sunrise and even through a cloudy morning, the sun still managed to peek through and it was breathtaking. The inside is completely charming and cozy. The decor is cute and not overdone, and the beds are wonderful. The heater inside the coach kept us warm and snuggly through the night. The outdoor shower was liberating! There are 2 dollar stores nearby for snacks and drinks, of whatever you might need. We were thrilled to have stayed here for the last night of our Arizona Adventure! Many thanks for sharing your property with us!table!

Heavenly experince

My husband and I stayed at the stagecoach for 2 weeks. The experience was heavenly. Beautiful sunsets, comfortable bed and stargazing from a fabulous outdoor hot tub. True romance and authentic experience of a more peaceful time. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to get away from it all and experience tranquility.

Stargazing Stay

My wife and I wanted a unique experience when staying in Arizona. We got exactly that, the stagecoach provided a nice warm bed for us and the patio and hot tub provided a nice area to lounge and enjoy the stars at night. It might be one of my top stargazing experiences yet, as the night sky was iluminated with specks of iridescent white, painting a sparkling canvas for us to enjoy. The outhouse was a bit of a unique experience, but we got used to it quickly. The only downside was the outdoor ahower got a bit cool in the evenings when we returned from hiking (50 deg F outdoor temps) but im a minnesotan, so it wasnt too bad for me, reminded me of home. Check in was easy, and gps took us right to where we needed to be. All in all, it was a good experience with unique characteristics! Highly recommend for someone with kids. They'd love it

Be prepared

Make sure you arrive during the daytime because trying to find the place in the dark is very time consuming because there are no lights lighting up the covered wagon and there are no signs to indicate where to drive or park a car. I can tell you that where the sign says "don't feed the coyotes" is a good spot to park. I felt like the place wasn't ready for us because the jacuzzi still had eight 10 lb weights on it and the propane gas for the patio heater and fire ring was not working properly or was out of fuel. I addressed it with the property manager however she just said that there was fuel under the stairs and that I could do it myself. I'm a disabled veteran so that was not going to happen. The barbecue was in working order however if you want to use the patio during the daytime you need to bring your own shade because there isn't even the umbrella that is supposed to go into the table. When you are going to the bathroom it is the most brightly lit thing however there is not a path brightly lit to get to it at least when you're coming after 9:00 p.m. when the solar lights are faded to nothing and the path is meandering behind in between bushes which for anyone afraid of squirmy or other vermin that's not a path they want to take. You end up having to cut through a rock garden which is a little uneven and this is obviously not meant for walking through what is clearly the most direct path to the bathroom. The outshower doesn't get hot like advertised and there is no door
