As always friendly welcome - staff on reception friendly and informative. Handy for both historic centre and sea front. Lots of restaurants within a 5/10 minute walk. Staff at breakfast so friendly and a lovely choice of sweet and savoury. Less than 5 minute walk to main station, airport bus to Bologna, Metromare and local buses including shuttle to San Marino. Room was clean and spacious with a king bed. Walking distance to train and bus terminal. Many restaurants to select within 10 min walk. Breakfast was great. The only complaint I have is I asked for no housekeeping since I was staying only 2 nights, but found my belongings were rearranged.

We got what we expected from the hotel which was not a regular occurrence on our trip to Italy. The Deluxe double room actually looked like the advertised pictures and had a lovely and huge king size bed. Great breakfast, lots of variety and really friendly serving staff. Reception staff were also very welcoming and spoke great English. Location wise, we didn't go to Rimini for the beaches, we wanted to see the old town, Borgo San Giuliano and a day trip to San Marino, so it suited us very well. Overall, good value for money and would stay there again.
