Couches are dirty need cleaning or replaced, the communication w the management company was poor as i messaged several times that I had no light in the bathroom. Was without light in the bathroom for 2 days

We came for a 2 night stay it was 5 of us and we were surprised on how nice of a room we got for the price and the amazing view of the city we had 3 rooms with the master having a private washroom with a tub another room with an amazing view and a little corner sliding door room in total it was 3 beds and 2 washrooms the place was very clean very quiet and kid friendly we enjoyed our stay there a lot and hope to come back again.

The property was lovely and centrally located so everything was within walking distance. 9 minute walk from the train station and walkable to restaurants, the Port of Montreal, Bota Spa, Notre Dame Basilica and shopping. There was an issue with the WiFi not working and unfortunately there was no manager on site that could reboot the system so we were without internet from late afternoon until the next day. Listing indicated that breakfast was included but in reality it was a continental breakfast consisting of only 2 types of croissant, coffee, tea, orange juice. That was disappointing. Overall it was a beautiful hotel and the premier room is well worth the additional cost. Our rating would have been a 5 except for these two exceptions previously mentioned.
