Comfortable one-bedroom apartment on a cobbled street in the heart of Riga`s Old Town, in a building renovated in 2015. King-size bed in the bedroom plus a sofa bed in the living room for up to 4 guests. Kitchen with dishwasher, Smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, washer and dryer. Restaurants are literally on the doorstep.

The space
The apartment was designed with great attention to detail and overlooks an inner courtyard.

Bedroom: king-size bed and blackout shades.

Living room: full-size sofa bed, Smart TV and dining area.

Kitchen: stove, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, cookware and dishes. Tea, coffee, oil and spices are provided.

Bathroom: shower, washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, towels and toiletries.

Also included: fast Wi-Fi (100+ Mbps), laptop-friendly workspace, portable fans and a drying rack.

Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire apartment. Contactless self check-in – instructions are sent before arrival. We don`t have our own luggage storage, but paid KeepMyBag luggage storage is available in Riga Old Town.

The neighbourhood
Laipu iela is a cobbled street right in the heart of Riga`s Old Town, next to Līvu Square. The Powder Tower, the Swedish Gate, the Dome Cathedral and Town Hall Square are all within a 5–10 minute walk, and countless restaurants, cafés and bars are just around the corner.

Getting around
Everything in the Old Town is within walking distance. The Central Station and bus station are about a 10–15 minute walk. For longer trips, Bolt taxis are fast and affordable. Paid parking is available nearby; note that car access to the Old Town is restricted.

Good to know
Please note: this is the lively centre of the Old Town. There is a bar downstairs, and music and street noise can be heard late into the night, especially on Fridays and Saturdays; early-morning city cleaning and waste collection also take place nearby. If you are a light sleeper, please bring earplugs or consider one of our quieter apartments.
House rules in short: no smoking in the apartment or anywhere in the building (200 EUR penalty); please take off your shoes indoors; no parties or outside visitors without prior approval; pets are not allowed.
