「The staff and Everything was great. Except…No elevators to the upper floors is a big inconvenience. At least ramps to bring the heavier things to the upper floors would help.」

「nice hotel was just what i needed for an out of town trip. It could have been a bit cleaner and more maintained but the kindness and exceptional service of the staff made up for that for me!!」

「They need to do some maintenance and upgrades on this property. Walls have plaster patches all over them that haven’t been sanded down or painted over. Bedding is old and fabric is pilled. I did think that the sheets were clean. The front desk was friendly. For over $150 a night, I expected a better maintained hotel.」

「Loved the house, it was comfy and charming just like the pictures. Staying in the early winter it was peaceful and quiet, the swans and geese honking on the lake the only occasional sound. The local food recommendations were fantastic. Would love to come back someday.」
